Can I choose my own Team or change my Workspace?
No. Team and Permission are pre-assigned by Admin. After signing in, the system automatically opens the matching Workspace — you don't need to, and can't, change it yourself.
What's the difference between Member and Contributor?
Members can view, learn and use the Team's resources. Contributors can also create real-world content and submit it for Admin review — but still can't publish it themselves.
Where does the content I see in my Workspace come from?
It's configured per Team in the Admin Center (Team & Workspace) and comes from reviewed/published content (Content management). You only see what's meant for your Team and permission.
Can I sign in with both email and Google?
Yes. The same account can sign in with a password or with the Sign in with Google button (if the email matches a Google account Admin has added) — whichever is more convenient for you.
