Do these three products share the same customer data?
Yes. Markee App, CRM, and Chat share customer data across the Markee ecosystem, so Sales/Marketing/Support see the same customer picture instead of working from scattered sources.
Which Team gets Product Knowledge for which product?
It's configured per Team by Admin in the Admin Center. For example, Sales/Pre-sales usually get full Product Knowledge across all 3 products to advise customers, while Marketing mainly needs depth on Markee App.
